Each visit ends with a written report.

The AC visit
Evaporator and condenser coils inspected and cleaned, filter, drain pan and line, refrigerant pressure, electrical connections and capacitor, thermostat, fan motor and blower, supply air temperature. Gas top-up is charged separately.

Distribution board, MCB and RCD testing, earthing, sockets and smoke detectors, with a written safety report.

The plumbing visit Taps and mixers, cistern, traps, water pressure, water heater and drains, with a written report.
